Mi-Clos is an independant game studio based in France.

Team is :
– Michael (me) : art direction, game design and programming
– Pulcomayo : UI, character design and animation
Ben : scenery design

We are currently working on “Spaze” (working title), a puzzle-platformer on iOS developed with Corona SDK. The storyline takes place in a Sci-Fi setting.

As a base, we will have the same core gameplay as Continuity (which I love). Meaning having 2 phases of gameplay (platformer and puzzle) that you can switch between at any time.

My will is to have a very dynamic platformer, yet having simple and intuitive controls. We looked at games like Sonic, Portal, Limbo, Outland to add platforming mechanics to the mix.

The game is due for late 2011.
